We recommend consulting a professional cleaning service before attempting to clean the upholstery.  The following are general suggested care guidelines not intended to replace the advice and services of an upholstery professional.
To retain the fabric’s beauty, regular and frequent vacuuming to remove soil is suggested. If needed, spot clean using a water-based foam cleaning agent like mild soap or upholstery cleaner.
Please note… the spot cleaning results may vary and to ensure that no fabric damage occurs ALWAYS PRE-TEST in an inconspicuous unseen area before applying the cleaning agent to the desired location.

Who Is Covered? 
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and begins on the date of original purchase. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
What Is Covered and How Long Does this Coverage Last? Wood Frame and Frame Spring System – 5 years / Recliner Mechanism – 3 years / Electric Recliner Motors – 2 years / Pocketed Coil Seat Springs – 2 years / Upholstery Fabric and Foam – 1 year
What Will Ontai Do? Provide replacement parts, or repair the item, or replace the item, or advise return to retailer – at our discretion. No cash refunds.

What Is Not Covered? This limited warranty excludes any damage caused by the purchaser moving the product or modifying,attempting to fix or otherwise altering the product. The limited warranty applies only to a product that is used under normal household conditions. Abused or neglected product, or “as is” purchased product with known flaws or defects, voids the warranty. The warranty does not guarantee that the product will not become obsolete at some point in the future. It also does not cover transportation costs.
